Maoye International Holdings Limited (the “Company”) was incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability on 8 August 2007. The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the operation and management of department stores and property development in the People’s Republic of China. The shares of the Company were listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on 5 May 2008, the stock code is 848.
